Refund policy

  • We generally do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preferences.
  • However, if there are any obvious defects in the received products (such as receiving a different item from what was ordered or receiving a product in a condition clearly different from what was indicated), please contact our shop. We will handle refund.
  • Please notify us of any defects in the product within one week of its arrival.
  • Please note that we may not be able to address issues reported after this one-week period.
